Delete your AusBUG account

Request deletion here without reinstalling the app. AusBUG is operated by Bike Routes PTY LTD.

What happens to your data?

Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, personal routes and posts, saved routes, connected activity data and associated personal uploads from active storage. Cleanup runs after account deletion.

Club-owned routes and content belonging to other people remain. Copies exported to other services and data on other devices are not remotely erased. Recovery copies may remain temporarily: Firestore backups up to 14 days, point-in-time recovery up to 7 days, and deleted Storage files up to 7 days.

This cannot be undone. You may need to sign in again to verify ownership. Read the deletion and retention details.

In the app: Settings → Profile → Delete Account.

Verify your account

Use the same sign-in method as your AusBUG account. Apple Hide My Email addresses are supported; do not create a new account for this request.

Cannot sign in?

You can still request help here. We must verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in this form.
