Routes are color-coded by infrastructure quality: Green (protected lanes), Cyan (buffered lanes), Blue (basic lanes), Indigo (shared lanes), Amber (residential streets), Red (avoid - high traffic).
Yes! Download offline maps for your area by viewing a route and tapping the download icon. This lets you navigate without mobile data.
Access step-by-step tutorials in the app's Settings menu. Learn how to plan routes, report hazards, collect POIs, and sync with Strava.
Long-press on the map where the hazard is located, select the hazard type (pothole, debris, roadwork, etc.), add details and photos if possible, then submit. Your report helps keep the community safe!
Yes. Community-reported hazards are reviewed and can be confirmed by other cyclists. Emergency hazards (from VicRoads and Emergency Victoria) are official sources.
Hazards are automatically removed after 30 days unless refreshed by community reports. Permanent infrastructure issues should be reported to local councils.

Check your internet connection. If offline maps are enabled, ensure you've downloaded the area you're viewing. Try force-closing and reopening the app.
Ensure your phone isn't in silent mode and volume is up. Check VicBUG settings to make sure voice guidance is enabled.
